I'm in construction and it always appears like they have 50 % of the project complete with a couple weeks to go and the last couple weeks when the finishing touches are installed, BAM, it makes the project finally look complete.

Thats what I'm saying.

He was saying he was going to start Coleman because he's a senior that helped get to where we got last year and there will only ever be one player to have the first start in this new stadium and thinks he deserves it.

Coleman does deserve it. He pitched in every situation asked of him. Its hard to go from starter to relief several times.

You would be amazed what can be done in a short period of time. I think it will be ready.

Other than a few inconveniences for fans, none of the items you mentioned would prevent a game for being played there, IMO.

i spoke with someone in the program sun and they said that the team moves in 3 weeks from now. that wouldn't be said if there were problems with the stadium getting completed.

On a similar note, I know phase 2 has the berm in right field but are there also plans for left field bleacher seats or am I completely making that up?

I spoke to the project manager with Buquet a few weeks ago and without boring you with the details, it will be ready. Technically, it will be ready early as they were granted extensions for weather and other unforseen events, but it will be ready for the first game. There will still be cosmetic aspects of the job that will require more time, but the games will be played, as scheduled in the new Box.

Those bleachers beyond left field should be installed for this season. Supposedly they are bringing the existing structures from the old Alex Box. It should only take a week or less to install them.

Ahh, thanks. I didn't realize they were bringing those bleachers over. That makes sense, those were newer and nicer anyway. I'm officially ready for the first pitch

Have you lived in a hole your whole life? Have you ever seen a construction site before? Stop acting like a little bitch! That is what they look like before they are complete.

You may want to specify who you are directing this to.

But yeah, I agree with your take.
