I have always been pro Miles, but enough is enough. I don't blame the OC's anymore, you just can't if you look at the facts. Some of you are in love with Jimbo Fisher, but even his offenses crapped the bed. He had the most talented squad in LSU history, and he scored 3 against Auburn, and 10 against UF that year. How does that happen when you have...

Russell (Jr) # 1 pick 2007 draft

Bowe (Sr) 2007 first rounder
Davis (Sr) 2007 first rounder
Doucet (Jr)
Lafell (Fr)

Hester (Jr)
Vincent (Sr)
Keiland (Fr)
Scott (Fr)

Dyakowski (Sr)
Arnold (Jr)
Herman Johnson (Soph)
Black ( freshman all american)
Brain Johnson (Sr)

Please explain how a team with that much talent can only put up 3 against Auburn and 10 against UF? All of this with Jimbo as OC! It doesn't matter the talent or the OC if its the same scheme. This will always happen with Miles as our coach. I just wished he wasn't such a nice person that you want to like, and see succeed.

I don't think any of us realistically expect to never lose. That's just not possible. I think we just want to know we have a chance to win it all every now and then. We should realistically never have back to back seasons with less than 10 wins. There is just far too much talent being recruited on these teams for us to have several years of less than 10 wins.

I was at the game. Miles wouldn't let JR start slinging it until the fourth quarter. Then we'd get inside the 30 and Miles would make them run the ball. We had a plain vanilla game plan for three quarters.

Sadly I agree as I was not unhappy when Jimbo left for FL State as his offense struggled and I was blown away at times how Jamarcus could trip over the hashmarks. I have always felt that the talent is always been here (except at QB) and thats a head coach and recruiting thing. If I had a son that was a hot shot QB I would steer him far away from Miles.

He will not allow any pass that can be picked up returned for Td. No slants, passes over the middle etc

This is correct, but it is something even more recent with Miles. I remember when Lee looked good in 2010 such as against UF and much of 2011, he made his living off these quick slants in the middle.
