I'm anti O as anyone, but there will have to be an extremely grave situation for LSU to admit they screwed up the coaching hire that fast.

Keep recruiting well, surround yourself with top assistants, DON'T MEDDLE WITH THINGS LIKE "THE OFFENSE", and a lot of wins will surely follow. That could certainly lead to letter B- and that's what I'm going with.

He will be fired after it is reported that he allegedly met with Russian hackers.

You can probably take the C option out because this is his dream job. This question would be much easier to answer after watching him be head coach for 2 years. It'll also be a lot easier to answer if we knew when Saban was retiring. I'm going to go with B just because I'm hopeful.

Dang it's like some people WANT LSU to fail so they can get rid of Coach O. I HATED what Les Miles had become as a coach, but I never rooted for them to lose or have a bad season. I wasn't a coach O cheerleader and I do wish they had been able to land a high profile coach. However, I am hopeful seeing the hires and the motivation to win. I don't care if winning comes from a high dollar super coach or coach coonazz, I just want to win and to be able to watch the offense without cringing every single time. The first snap isn't even that close and already people are wishing for the coach to fall on his face. Why? because he's from Louisiana?

How about letting the man coach a few games under his system before we all deem him a failure. It's almost as if catching fire and running the board would be a miserable failure to most because then they couldn't prove we shouldn't let anyone from Louisiana coach. Me, I hope Herman continues in the Strong tradition of Texas and is run out of town in a few years. It could always be worse, we could have ended up with Kiffin as head coach or OC.
