Alleva said one time that it was not about winning championships but being in the hunt that mattered most. So here we are. Wonder if BAMA program feels that way?

Let's be honest...if this list is not somewhere up in the football ops building, then we are doing this all wrong.
#1: Win the SECW
#2: Win the SEC
#3 Make the CFP
#4 Make the Championship Game
#5 Win the NC
Problem is, considering we are now being told to just forget about beating BAMA while Saban is there, not even #1 is doable anymore without help from others.
What then ARE our goals as a program? Play hard? Have fun?

Now if he is saying that the team will feel they under accomplished if they didn't win the NC is a different story. They should feel a great sense of accomplishment at the end of this season. The team has made big strides in the right direction considering where we were at the beginning of the 2016 season.
