It'll be back on the market when he gets shite canned on November 25, 2018.

Morning came and morning went
Pack up your money
Pick up your tent
O ain't goin nowhere

Whoo-ee ride me high
Tomorrow's the day
My championships gonna come
Oh, Oh are we gonna fly
Down in theTiger lair.

Give me a quarterback
And the run and shoot
Tailgates and substitutes
Strap yourself
To a tree with roots
O ain't goin nowhere

Whoo-ee ride me high
Tomorrow's the day
My champions gonna come
Oh, Oh are we gonna fly
Down in the Tiger lair.

Now Little Nick
He could not keep
All his kings
Supplied and deep
We'll climb that hill no matter how steep
Its time now for the Tigers to reap.

Whoo-ee ride me high
Tomorrow's the day
My titl's gonna come
Oh, Oh are we gonna fly
Down in the Tiger lair

quote:

Sounds much like my story. Season tickets in 3 sports for many years.

Look at you... want a cookie?

quote:

I don't blame him for Canada. No one could have known that MC would be a cancer in the staff.

First of all, Matt had a major track record prior to LSU so I have zero empathy towards anyone who bitches about this. From the players alone, Canada was fantastic, issue was him and O butted heads on how the offense would be run. As soon as he stepped in, LSU loses to troy. That is also a very bad look on Canada, so I am sure he was livid and pissy for a while. That IMO killed the entire relationship

quote:

Thought we should have hired another big name OC but O really values trust on a staff. So I am willing to give another season to let Steve E install his offense.

This is way too risky and far from a sure bet. And if it fails, O does not deserves to make another OC hire. This is it. If it fails he is done.

quote:

But being the eternal optimist, I really think our offense will be much better this year than last now that we will have QBs with serious ability. But calling Ed names is just sophomoric.

We say this every year for the past decade. I think Brennan is talented but he is still very unproven. What he looks like in this new offense and what it looks like through an entire season of SEC play is very different. To cap it all off, we have a lot of unprovens at WR and we don't have a stable of NFL RB's to lean on

That shows YOUR ignorance. He is probably more secure than you as he has a contract. You are in a right to work state and they can clean YOUR clock for NO reason.

Ok so how about “O” purchasing a car dealership in BR so certain 5 star recruits win a car at a raffle .......... Saban owes a car dealerships and many players drive new cars

Word on the street is o has set the garage up with multiple computer stations and has SpaceClownboy, TiggerRoo and LSUMIKEV pumping out post after post keeping the o machine going strong.

My sources also tell me that SpaceClownboy's computers isn't even plugged in, but he just keeps typing away.

Sorta like what Frank Costanza did in the Seinfeld episode with George Costanza and Lloyd Braun manning phones and selling computers out of his garage.

I can see o now, yelling "serenity now" as all the negative posts come rolling in on the message boards.

You people are so stupid! He isn't getting fired prior to the signing period in December 2018 that is unless he violates the morality clause in his contract or does something else stupid like that to get him fired or if he goes 0-fer in the SEC. Which I don't see that happening especially with the dumpster fire directly to our north.

So if anyone wants to take bets on Coach O getting fired prior to the December signing period, I am all ears and have wallet in hand.

Coach O, barring a miraculous season like a 9 or 10 win season which isn't likely next year, career as LSU's HC is pretty much dependent on the 2019 instate recruiting class. If he locks it down like he is supposed to be able to do, he will be with us through at least the 2019 season. But if he shits the bed with that class then he is gone in all likelihood. And right now things don't look great for him.

1. The 2018 season looks like at best 8-4 and at worst 5-7 because I don't think 4-8 is even plausible. So the W-L column isn't going to help his chances in 2018.

2. With Louisiana being loaded with instate recruiting talent this year people like Saban, Fisher, Malzahn & even Herman are going to becoming hard at the Louisiana boys. And not only because of the talent in the state but because those coaches "especially Saban and Fisher" smell blood in the water and they know if they can do damage in Louisiana next year they can help close Orgeron's tenure at LSU out. And make no mistake they want that because they know if Orgeron can get going in anyway at LSU he might be very difficult to beat recruiting in Louisiana going forward. So to say Orgeron has his work cut out for him is probably the understatement of Orgeron's head coaching tenure at LSU.

Coach O has definitely got his work cut out for him. So what I wish the LSU faithful and the people that don't want him to succeed at LSU would do is BACK THE frick off him and let the man see if he can complete this herculean task he has in front of him. Because at this point the writing is set in stone. Either he signs a great class next year or he is done.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this one out!!!

Why? He will have 12 million reasons not to go anywhere. Who else is going to hire him after that anyway?

Now I'm sorry if can't comprehend that LSU fans can love their team but still criticize their coach. You'll find out as you grow up that this is possible. Not all criticism means you hate something. In many (or most) cases, it means you actually love something enough to identify what's wrong and try to make it better.
