Coach O needs to realize when he talks recruiting

He needs Every Coach on our team to be able to go out and recruit. When you recruiting against Bama you need all hands on deck. Of course they also need to know how to coach to

So no one needs to be able to actually coach? Just a bunch of strong recruiters? Makes sense.

Recruiting is 80% of the battle. You win that, winning games gets easier.
Bama could beat everyone with Les Miles/Bo Schembechler offense. They are just that much more talented than EVERYONE.
Why? Recruiting. They have more talented players.
