And it’s a great thing! Let’s the coaches coach. Plays get in on time. Wish Miles had done this.

Butterfly Effect.

Had miles done this, he most likely would still have his job and be going 9-3 or 10-2 with the occasional 11-1 season (losing to bama). And Joe Burrow WOULD NOT be here.

Everything happens for a reason

Did we accept an offsides penalty to make it 1st and 5, when Clyde had pushed it all the way to end zone which would have been 1st and G from the 1

You have no idea what Coach O "mostly" does. Just because you only understand the cheering does not mean that is all he does.

I'm not saying I'm a HC or anything. I am not qualified to determine it either. But, I am certain he is much more involved than just "cheerleads"

Way to attempt to trivialize the work of LSU's nationally respected Head Coach.

I believe it would have been 2nd and short, but it was still the wrong choice. Take the extra yards instead of the extra down. Ended up with a TD though

We accepted an offsides penalty to make it 1st and 5 when Clyde had pushed it to the 3 1/2 which would have made it 2nd and 3. But thanks for playing.

Neither of these are correct. The referee stated that the offsides was a dead ball foul because the defensive player that was offsides was in the backfield. Thus, LSU was not given the choice to accept or decline the penalty. The penalty was simply enforced.

Unless you sit in a place in every stadium and train your binoculars or your cell phone on zoom to see Coach O. every play, you don't know.

If all you see is what the television directors in the production trucks show you, then yes, all he does is cheerlead.

Otherwise you just. don't. know.

No, It would have been 2nd and 2 yds from the 4 yard line. It was a 50/50 call. Do you want the 8 yards gained or the down back plus 5 yds.

There was no accepting. It was enforced by refs

That is BS. How many times have we seen O run to the Ref to call a time out when the wrong play or line up was called?
How many times when the clock was about to expire.
He is into every play.
