Good news but I wouldn't expect Ingram to contribute much this season.

I think that Engrams starting position is our lines weakest link. If he’s been working hard since he’s been gone he has a very real chance to start by the end of October

If nothing else, he will provide much needed depth for the O line...

OT is weakest. Ingram is a guard.

I certainly hope Coach O gets positive news on Ed's situation.....and I hope he gets the news soon. The clock is ticking.
But realistically it's going to take Ed time to catch up. Assuming Ingram worked on conditioning he still has to catch up on the playbook.
Like the entire TigerNation I look forward to a satisfactory conclusion to this sad chapter in Ed Ingrams's life. No doubt he's talented and LSU will need all hands on board when we start SEC play.
More important I want him to succeed because he can be a great example of success to young men headed down the wrong road. If Ed so chooses, he can give valuable advice/counsel to troubled young men and hopefully steer them in the right direction. A wasted life is such a tragedy. Most troubled young men (or young women) simply need a good mentor.......someone to care.....someone to listen.
LSU needs Ed Ingram. Our youth need Ed Ingram.
Greaux Tigahs!! Geaux Ed Ingram!!
