Coaching makes the difference. Our line has been very good this year. He is giving these guys a chance to play pro ball by teaching them how to take raw size and talent and utilize those traits effectively. These guys are fortunate to have him but are also working hard with great attitude

Cregg is obviously a rising star. Hope we can keep him for a long time.
