He could just let his offensive coordinator run the offense, but I guess his ego gets in the way.

Saban hired Kiffin to modernize the offense when he knew the passing game was passing him by but Saban at least understands the basics!

that. I don't think Cam is much better than Miles at understanding it either. HOw was it that Cam wasn't fired at the end of last season. That right their said nothing was going to change.

LSU looked horrible it just makes me wonder with les being in the hot seat why not let the OC do his job. If he still sucks O well.

I still don't understand how an old frick like Bill Snyder can modernize his offense (to an extent) while Les can't seem to grasp that he has to evolve as well.

You hire someone widely known as being great at it, then watch the results.
If every time he interprets, everyone gets pissed off he's not translating right, you fire him.

Look at Dabo Swinney. Look at Gary Patterson. Hell, look at Nick Saban.

He doesn't want a modern passing game and most of you shouldn't either as they kill the defense.. He rightfully wants a power run game to control the game, he just isn't willing to change his style to fit the philosophy.. Bama, Baylor, now Texas, Ohio at all rely on a power run to control the game.. Miles would've been wise to implement their style with his philosophy.. He hasn't and it will probably cost him his job..

Everyone using the word "can't" is wrong.
The appropriate word is won't.
As in Les WON'T change.
The problem isnt his knowledge, it's his character.
People are just having a hard time accepting that because the whole "Les is an awesome human being" meme has been beaten into their heads.
