Vaxed, but I couldnt keep it in my pants and now have a 13 month old and a 2 month old, so I wont be making it to any this year

Depends on what you mean by worse. Very bad, yes; but not nearly as contagious, only transmitted through blood/sex kills far fewer per capita, and is more treatable today.
