Originally charged with simple rape, now the charge is sexual battery, still a felony, but less "consequential" in the long run. I'm assuming with the charge on Monday and the plea today, there is a plea bargain in the works.

Charles is a solid guy, I habe given him a few golf lessons and know some of his close friemds well. This is a case of a bitch changing her mind. She went with him

You can't do that, but how about a signed release form? Maybe she can get somebody to take her complaint, but it will be doggone difficult to get convicted under those circumstances.
I can't imagine why every celebrity isn't doing this...
