He certainly owns some of their current problems, but he clearly wanted out of there for a reason. He was vocal at times about the lack of support from admins.
In 2016, when the rumors of his return to BR were at their peak, he still ended up winning the Orange Bowl.
Just saying that FSU's issues appear bigger than the HC right now. Taggart was considered a good hire for them, and even he looked befuddled by that team last season, to the point he even questioned whether some guys wanted to be there.

His resume definitely doesn't suggest "loser". There would be several programs wanting him, if they could afford him. I'm happy with what we got right now, but am still bemused by those on here who trash a successful coach like Jimbo.

Lol then coach O better win ! All I can say. Sounds like Woodward has Jimbo in is back pocket .but don’t mean shite if O wins if he pummels this season then Yea you gotta look. Other words coach O is the guy until he loses a lot of games and does not win championships! Woodward is all about championships and is a football guy so coach O better win!

He couldn’t beat Dabo once he got established......he BARELY BEAT a shitty Gus Malzahn team for his one and only title that a Les Miles team pounded to the ground. If Les/LSU would have been in the ACC starting in 2005........
How many Titles would LSU have WON?
Aggie Paid 75 Mill and got 1 more win than Sumlins last year.....they won’t win more than 8 next year.....

Orgeron certainly isn't the best coach in the country, maybe not even top 20, but hopefully one of these days you mother frickers will appreciate what he's done and is doing.
