Can We Bring A RICO Case Against the SEC?

They are definitely a "corrupt organization." Or maybe we should infiltrate the SEC Offices the way the feds infiltrate the mafia. Something must be done. We can no longer use billboards and message boards. It must now be "By Any Means Necessary!!!"

And any LSU fan that chants "SEC, SEC" from this day forward should be drawn and quartered.

Organized cheating to affect wins and losses, betting outcomes, TV contracts, bowl appearances, etc... That sounds like RICO to me.

Maybe Carville knows a federal prosecutor who can look into it.

Yes, and you are correct, my mind went to criminal cases, because the officiating was a crime last night, and I neglected to consider the civil side of the coin.
