The way he's able to high point these alley-oops would make him a dominant WR

I know he is very athletic, but realistically I don't think he can play football on a basketball scholarship. Could be wrong though. Most of the players who played multiple sports did so on a football scholarship, the ones I know of anyway. Well, come to think of it, didn't Ben McDonald play basketball on a baseball scholarship? I've heard players can't play other sports on a baseball scholarship. I need to research this. Does anyone know what the actual rule is?

I heard he was a baseball player and he couldn't consistently play the sport outside. The team would practice inside basketball gym and he would do these athletic dunks

I think Waters would make a perfect slot receiver. Smart, small but fast, great hands and loves competing!
