Can anyone tell me

What exactly Orgeron does to make this a better program?? Because I’m beginning to understand what everyone was saying about him in the beginning! The pieces were here for him to succeed, except offensively, I’ve been told he needed to be “talked into” hiring Joe Brady, he did and LSU won a natty! Now it seems like we’re seeing the real Ed Orgeron, he has his staff of a bunch of washed up has been’s that no one else wanted and he’s turning LSU into a complete embarrassment!

I;m fine with hanging onto O if the following happen, and happen quickly:
- Get rid of Linehan. Hire a modern OC that can bring a better offensive approach and keep our playmakers on campus. We have not creativity in anything that Linehan touches.
- Esminger retire. See above. Promote Callaway. If the OC brings in his own PGC, Callaway still needs to be more involved.
- Secure offensive line recruits. Hang onto offensive line pieces from this team.
- Fire Pelini. Hire a DC that fits our personnel, and not try to force personnel into a scheme. DC must be able to hang onto our key defensive players and recruits.

2. Get Myles back healthy
3. Hire new OC

5. stabilize personal life, stop being angry
