Miles didn't announce anything. Inside sources (Charles Hanagriff) mentioned something about it. LSU is officially denying it right now. FWIW Glen Guilbeau tweeted.... "Charles has very good sources. It may not be true today, but could be soon."

It's one thing for a couple of people to remain quite and let things play out, but when you have upwards of 30 or so that are involved as in LSU's case, good luck with any of that. In my profession, trust and confidence in having a team vowed to confidentiality is of utmost importance. The way LSU's athletics department is run, there are too many opportunities for leaks with no accountability for such actions. If they they were run like a corporation, heads would roll.

It sure seems lately, as if there is a colluded effort to undermine our Football program anytime LSU is in the National Spotlight. Bama 40, Miles Haters, ?

Agree it is an attempt to undermine LSU but damn we made ourselves vulnerable to this crap because of our Offensive History

Here is my speculation FWIW:
Hue Jackson was Cameron's QB Coach at Baltimore in 2008 and 2009
Cam will go to Cleveland Browns as OC
Deal not officially done yet
Cam doesnt want to jeopardize the Cleveland deal and he really doesnt want to overshadow NSD for Les
In a few days Cleveland will announce Cam as OC and Cam will be gone
Les will then announce the new OC and the RB coach/staff adjustments

If this is in fact true, that Cameron had no intention of leaving and someone fed Hanagriff a lie, something needs to happen. YOU CAN'T HAVE THIS ON NSD. IDGAF if he thought this was true or not, WAIT A frickING DAY BEFORE ANNOUNCING IT. Call Les Miles if you have to. Send a reporter up to the football facility. Hell, ask Cameron himself but don't report this shite nationally ON NSD.

Yep. Detiller also believes that Cameron is gone. I just don't think LSU wanted that story to take away from NSD. Bad, bad move by Hanny. He could have deflected the question from the caller. He could have said that it's a possibility but today was a day for the signees and their family.
