When Cade decided to come back, I don't think even he thought he would have much of an impact on the field. In the age of the transfer portal, it's become a rarity that a guy sticks it out and buys his time. CB has been a hitting machine this year and has become more than a glorified cheerleader and bench presence.

It's been great to see Cade and Dugas emerge this year

I just posted this:

Cade Beloso looks like he is just having fun like a little leaguer. Baseball is so stressful when you overthink it and try to be perfect.
Good for him!

Between Cade and Dugas I cannot say enough about those two. All time great Tigers and love having them apart of the team and have success. True Tigers through and through!

He was slated to start opening day last year before his injury, was one of the best hitters on the team in the spring leading up to the season, and has been one of the best hitters so far this season. He’s not the strongest or fastest, but he produces and gives you quality at bats.

I think he's really going to help down the line...he's showing to be a clutch hitter this year. I like Jared Jones, but when he's off boy is he off...I like Beloso at the DH

Always good to have vet leadership coupled with production. The vets seem to always be clutch in the postseason too.

He’s kinda like this years Chris Reid with a little bit more pop in his bat.

I love the late career success that both he and Gavin Dugas are having. Would have been easy for either to move on or hang it up. Now it looks like both will key pieces in our CWS run (hopefully).
