I'm buying. I think Devin White will go down as an all time great tiger. Maybe he even gets number 7 next year?

Got a good chuckle out of him "wearing 7 next year."
ETA: he's gonna be great, but he's got 21 tackles this year. Just give him a little time before we print the shirts.

Ehh frick it, I'll buy it just because he started out in Aranda's system and will hopefully be with him for his entire career here. The guy is in on every kickoff tackle. I love it

I don't know if his career will be better than Beckwith, but I know it was nice seeing him busting heads on the kick off team. For such a big guy getting down there that fast was awesome to see!

yea, his instincts are already better & he plays meaner then Beckwith even as a FR. He's going to be the best LB in the last 30 years at LSU

I think he probably is as strong and just as good a tackler as KB...but much faster.

Buy. He will be an All-American before he leaves LSU. You don't see guys like him very often . He's already got an NFL frame with blazing speed. Could end up being LSU own Ray Lewis .

White is 255 pounds and runs like a DB. Once he learns the system, he's gonna be a nightmare for offensive coordinators.

It'll be hard to match Beckwith. He has been the glue for the defense since his sophomore year. I do love Devin White though and I think he'll be an all-American next year. Buying.

I'm also buying. Although Beckwith has had a great career, the past 2 seasons, he didn't do much his soph year until 1/2 through the season as Chavis had him behind Welter. I think Devin will make more of an impact as a soph than did Beckwith because Devin will won't have a Welter type player in front of him. I've seen the same explanations everyone else here has seen, but for the life of me, I'll never understand how Welter was ahead of Beckwith for so much of the '14 season.
