Business Ethics
It is piss poor Business ethics when one starts all the speculation and rumors-which is VERY harmful-to the school, to the players, to the coaches, and to the fans- during the middle of the season! This type of BS should have never happened. VERY LOW CLASS BEHAVIOR.

It all started with his Chicken S..t handling of John John Chavis, DC.

If you want to fire Les M....then fire him....fire him at the end of the season.

If you want to find a different coach other than coach O.....do so......after the season is over!!!

This type of extremely unprofessional behavior by Alleva shows his TOTAL lack of character, lack of loyalty, lack of ethics, lack of integrity, lack of any moral fiber....and highlights his enormous ego to show everyone that it is all about Alleva....to show everyone that "he is in control"....and not about the good or the future LSU football program.

In which way? That we wouldn't remove the Miles clause? He wanted a raise, we gave it to him, but tied him to Miles. Smart considering Miles was to be eventually fired.

This a agree with. They screwed up last year. Alexander stepped in and stopped the firing of Miles. PR was disastrous.

Have we hired a coach yet? To your knowledge have we offered a contract? O was courtesy interviewed today. They are going through the process the right way so far.

re: Business Ethics
LSU football is a 100 million dollar business.

You make moves early and often in your search for the best coach possible. You don't sit on your arse until the season is "over"

The subject was the HOW it was handled. I never implied sit on your arse.....or wait! That is poor business practice as well.

Probably talking to agents via back channels, gauging interest and seeing what their number is.

Exactly what we should be doing.

Hmmmm......I wasn't aware that Alleva controlled the media,......or the millions of idiots that use the internet to spread rumors and pass them off as facts.

What do you mean how it was handled then? This is your quote I was referencing:

This type of extremely unprofessional behavior by Alleva shows his TOTAL lack of character

Alleva clearly was interested in a different coach, not entering into negotiations and waiting for the season to end is in fact sitting on your ass.

You want him to pick up the phone for the first time Friday morning and have his guy at LSU recruiting by Monday?
