Except for Hodson, I'd take Burrow. Hodson was a Redshirt freshman. He was excellent his first game vs a ranked TA&M team and never looked back.
Mauck went through spring practice.
Davy and JR were hit and miss their freshman years.

But I'll say this... Burrow will crush it with this new offense. And he still will not have the full measure of support that Tua, Lawrence, and Haskins had last year (but LSU's overall offense support will admittedly be much better - Brennan will have even more support in 2020).
You might want to suspend your judgement on Burrow vs Tua etc, until at least after the Vandy game. Then re-assess.

You get the point jackass. Barrett was top 5 and Haskins a finalist. If Burrow is better than both as you insist, along with LSU’s new RPO offense and your prediction for Burrow’s season to include a higher NFL pick than Haskins, 40-1 are good odds.
And to the person who somehow believes that not accepting the rantings of a psycho fan of Burrow equals not supporting Burrow, nothing is further from the truth. I believe it would be hard to find anyone who is not happy that Borrow is our starting QB. But that doesn’t mean we should disengage from reality in our support of him like this clown.

HERE is what I predict (and it is always right there in my signature line):
1) Burrow will throw 68%+ completions, 70%+ not unlikely.
2) Throw for 3500+ yards. 4000+ is not unlikely.
3) He'll have a 5 to 1 or better TD to INT ratio.
4) Top-5 QB in 2020 NFL Draft.
