Both DickBurleson.com and the Nat'l Speaker site included email links enabling visitors to contact Burleson. As soon as those sites were pointed out, they may have been so inundated with SEC related emails that they exceeded alloted bandwidth/serverspace. Under that circumstance, the site would often be taken down automatically by the Server Host.
Having reviewed content archived on both sites prior to their disappearance, email inundation seems the most plausible explanation.

Below are the only people that I have sent it to (besides my friends, of course):

pete@collegefootballnews.com; mzemek@hotmail.com; mhayes68@att.net; ivan.maisel@espn3.com; pat.forde@espn3.com; mark.schlabach@espn3.com; condon@thescore1210.com; matt@thescore1210.com;
Although I consider myself pretty "computer savvy" in terms of finding contact info for people, I simply haven't had time to research all national media outlets and/or the NCAA to find proper email addys. I recommend that everyone continue emailing this information to everyone you can, and specifically national and regional media outlets if you have their contact info. Eventually, it will get to all the national guys. What they choose to do with the info is certainly up to them at that point.

What does ETA mean?
I think for Burleson to claim on his website about his book "his #1 Best Selling book, "You Better Be Right!, My 25 Years as an SEC Football Official"," is untruthful and misleading...kind of like not call PP inbounds.
It appears from what I could find, that his book was "#1" at the local Barnes in Noble in Bama (guessing the Hoover one where he lives). Books that were behind his

that explanation is very superficial in my mind.
What's a "communicator" do? Does he or does he not rub elbows with BAMA boosters? His alma mater may not be of much concern in this case.
Why aren't the rules available for "public dissemination"? Maybe they should be.
Why was his website pulled if he has nothing to hide??
I have moved on from this play in context of our loss.
However, I have not moved past the unacceptable handling of this call both during and after the game. The purpose, regardless of all this talk about emphasis of the call on the field is to get it right. That play seemed like an EASY one to get right in review.
Everyone makes mistakes. If so, fine, come clean. Explain yourself already. Silence and deflection of this issue may prove to only make things worse.
**It may not affect the outcome of this game, but it may affect another!**

my take is that little mikey slive doesn't know much about the history of the SEC and he's taking the word of too many people in his headquarters without actually checking....
my auditor instincts are twitching all over the place on this one.....some reporter who is willing to really dig could make a name for her/himself on this one!!!!

He should know better than that with Alabama's history of being the biggest cheaters in NCAA history.

Mike Slive is the single individual responsible for suppressing the Auburn '06 scandal that likely cost LSU a MNC and status as program of the decade.

So what are the real world chances that any of this trash will be addressed at the off season SEC meeting? At the very least you would expect something to be done on overhauling the game officals and operating procedures. When the integrity of game is screwed around with a lot of people notice.
