Win out the rest of the OOC schedule (just have one tough team in Memphis and a marginal North Florida team) along with an above .500 wpc. We're bubble bound

UTSA picked to win the Sun Belt. Saturday opponent. Not a pushover. Oklahoma pulled away late to win by 12.

We don't play UTSA saturday. It's Stephen F. Austin.

We really miss Sampson.

We need to take SFA seriously and take care of business, because they'll come ready to play.

LSU isn’t making the NCAA Tourney this year. Their weak OOC Schedule combined with the fact that they will probably be a middle of the road sec team, at best, will be enough to make them a bubble NIT team.

I really like what Wade is doing with this team. But, we simply do not have the talent to even win 9 SEC games this year in great part because the SEC is much better this year than in the last 10 years.

We, as fans, just need to turn out at the games...ALL of the games and add some excitement to the team's efforts. And we don't need to get discouraged when we lose to SEC teams that are simply better then we are this season. Let us fans help build the foundation for a winning MBB program in the next 2-3 years.

This statement is ridiculous based on the fact that the middle-of-the-road and top-end of the bad SEC teams will all be squarely in the NIT field. While SEC appears to be stronger this season and LSU was picked last, this team is playing well above that expectation and has a great point guard who makes everyone else on the floor better. LSU already has two quasi-solid wins (Michigan and Houston) so anything short of an implosion in the next few games before confernce games begin or if LSU somehow can't manage 5-6 SEC wins, which is unlikely, then they'll surely be in the NIT.

My prediction, LSU earns a spot in the play-in game in Dayton with a chance to earn their way in the tournament.
