Read the whole thing before judging.

Have Les finish the season. We have to pay Miles and Orgeron for the next two years anyway. Might as well pick the stronger horse for the short term.

This would also allow Les to showcase himself and get hired by another school after the season...thus getting off our payroll and allowing us to feel comfortable firing Orgeron.

It's unconventional, and in a crazy as F way makes a little sense maybe monetarily, if some deal could be reached.

But 1. I don't want Miles back... fought and complained too much to get him out.
2. Risky--- our administration is known for being lazy and horrible at decision-making. Les could bring a binder.

Why would les want to work for his money?

Also, les doesn't want to coach again. He just has to act like it to get paid.

If this happened there would only be one positive.

Alleva and Alexander would get fired on the spot. I like this plan..

Or we could fire O and make him our interim Coach??? Seems to do well in that environment.

Publicly he has said multiple times that he does want to coach again...privately maybe he doesn't. Publicly offering the job for the rest of the season would force him to show his hand.
