Brian Kelly is exactly what Elias Ricks needs

Ricks has all the talent in the world, but his maturity level is stuck in the 8th grade. Brian Kelly doesn't tolerate his kind of behavior. Hopefully Ricks stays and Kelly can help turn into a man.
Could you imagine Kelly's reaction to Rick's stunt against Trask after the Pick6 in 2020? The refs could have easily thrown the flag and called that TD back just like they did against Brad Wing. Kelly would have had Ricks in the video tower during Hurricane Ida.

BK will clean up a lot of this stuff quick. I also think he will not recruit guys with this type of character.

Unless Brian gets Ricks an NIL deal that is equal or greater than Stingley's, then he does not have what Ricks "needs"
Ricks is leaving LSU for one reason and on reason only, he didn't get paid here like he thought he would, and OSU will gladly set him up for what he wants
