All this talk in the offseason about whether Myles was the one and it turns out to completely not matter lol. I'm happy we have a quarterback though.

But how many balls have thrown away when there was a Receiver open down field?

He’s steadily improved each week. You can’t really ask for more

Seriously. Anyone pointing at Brennan as the problem is an idiot. We all know the problems are the defense and terrible 3rd down/goal line play calling.

His first start was a little nerve wrecking but he's gotten better each week.

The defense has been shut from day 1

ABSOLUTELY...
He has better comparable or better stats than Joe in his first. Pelini was allowed to leave because half of the fan base was fed up with 3rd down performances...specially against passing teams. It was not his numbers which he padded with rushing offenses.

After his first year or so SEC coordinators figured him out and he had NO COMEBACK...period. He did a little better w his D in the BIG 10..... Different style and talent.

Your options are pretty limited when you can't run block or pick up blitzers on obvious passing downs

First, MB isn’t the problem. He’s growing into being the starter.

Second, MB isn’t in a comparable offense as Joe in 2018.

It’s ridiculous to compare the two in their first year as a starter.

I was very skeptical that he could perform well enough to win after they first game; he has improved a lot in the last two. I’d say I would be worried about his performance when LSU faces a real defense, but it looks like one doesn’t exist in the SEC this year (wished every defense was as bad as LSU’s, he’d win the Heisman).

You copied and pasted thirty times the other day that Ensminger was back to doing what he did in 2018

That is exactly how adjusted completion pct works, actually

Look he is good and with three or four more plays being made, he would be great and we could possibly be 3-0.

He isn't the problem and if people keep pointing towards him then they're not paying enough attention to our defense.

I agree Myles doesn’t have the best throws, but it was at the point where every other good throw I was cursing the receiver for dropping an in hands ball.

Do you have a list of dropped passes by receiver?

Correct, SE is using the 2019 playbook, but slowly moving the FOCUS of ATTACK to that of 18 (deep seam / outside the hashes). That doesn’t mean he’s running the 2018 playbook (under center, max protect, 2 receivers) I can keep saying it, I can’t make you understand it.

You said they only rolled the pocket twice, on Saturday. When in fact, they rolled the pocket a ton, even Rohan was baffled by this on a post game talk show. This was similar to 18 when teams brought pressure..opposed to 19, when they attacked were the pressure came from...vacated areas.

2018 LSU operated from the shotgun most of the time and operated from 11 personnel the vast majority of the time although they did usually leave tight ends and backs in to block more than in 2019.

The 2020 offensive scheme looks very similiar to what LSU ran against UCF in 2018 with a few key differences.

The main impacts that Joe Brady seemed to have was focusing on getting the ball out quick as opposed to max protect, bunch formations, and empty sets.

2020 LSU has operated out of empty sets quite a bit and there seems to be little to no max protect, the lack of bunch formations are the only major difference I've seen from the Brady year schematically.

Correction, I said I only saw them roll the pocket twice. I also said I wasn't really watching that part of the scheme.

I haven't seen this but I've heard that LSU leads the conference in dropped passes IIRC
