Brennan is not, and never will be, Burrow (which is true for every 2020 CFB QB)

Burrow led one of (if not "the one") the greatest college football teams ever. There is no "Burrow" in college football this year, nor is it likely that there be another "Burrow" for a long time.
With the 2019 team being such a great team, you have to expect some rebuilding. Don't give me the "Alabama reloads every year" argument. Has Alabama ever had a team like 2019 LSU?
Brennan has to find his own game. I am confident that he will.

Keep a close eye on Kyle Trask. He may be the closest thing to the next Joe Burrow.

I don't think anyone expected that Brennan would be Burrow. Or any other QB to be Burrow. But we did expect Brennan to look like he has been in the system for 3 years. Not like he did saturday.

Lots of QBs in week 1 went out and looked like playmakers. Ours looked scared and slow.

Sheeeit keep an eye on the Miss St. QB apparently. He may shatter Burrow's records. Either that or LSU's defense is absolutely horrendous but that is probably because of Brennan.

No he is not and no one expects him to be. I don’t expect him to hold on to the ball and take SEVEN sacks. That’s not including the ones he held on, ran around, then threw it away.
Is asking him to be equal to the MS St qb to much to ask? Kid made plays and made mistakes. However, he was superior to MB.

Brennan looked lost! Had to believe he has been there 4 years! If he don't improve soon they need to put a freshman & get some experience for next year!

The guy who just played the worst pass defense in the SEC last year? Trask is good, but the only thing that he might be close to is best QB in the SEC.

He is not Mac jones or Kyle trask either who took over mid season after Starter injuries
