The rule about the CF cameras became a thing before the 18 season. Not the 17 season when this “cheating” took place. And if you think the astros are the only ones doing something like this, you’re out of your mind.
Even Tucker Barnhart, a gold glove catcher, went on the Pat McAfee show and talked about how this is absolutely overblown and things like that happen in baseball all the time and your job is to outsmart them and beat it.
