Screw you if you try to poo poo my enthusiasm. I don't need anyone to point out that he hasn't shown much YET. We all know the Auburn game was weak, and that he was hurt with a high-ankle sprain, so basically 2014 was not a good indication of his skills.
But, what we do know is that we have a legit CHANCE to have a special QB in Harris, and so that gives us a legit change to have a special season.
We are all tired of underachieving on offense. Brandon gives us a chance to appropriately achieve on offense now.
And having a veteran backup is a privilege.
The schedule, along with his school of hard knocks 2014 season, set him up to be the QB we have been looking for in a while. Miles loves a running QB who can also play QB, and Brandon gives us every reason to think he is maturing into that guy.
He is a gunslinger, folks.
He knows the play book, folks.
2014 humbled him, folks.
He is a big time running threat, folks.
He has a great Oline and phenomenal skill guys surrounding him, folks.
I'm excited, folks!
