Is 5 months ago an “update”?

I hope WW is recruiting his younger brother too.

Don't be surprised if Bradley is not a starter from day one. He reclassed this year.
They are saying he is undersized because they have him classified as a center. The more accurate characterization is, he is a true power forward that can play center.
Ezewiro may not have the offensive skills like Watford but he certainly can gain them. From a pure talent perspective he has great feet for a big man and will be very valuable on the defensive end.
He's going to be a good one.
quote:
"Ezewiro is a post who is slightly undersized but makes up for it with his impressive physical tools. His wide shoulders, long arms, plus athleticism and toughness give him a respectable floor and ceiling," Gershon wrote. "The lefty is somewhat raw offensively at this point, but his athleticism, motor and toughness help him finish above the rim and with contact, while he can also step out and hit elbow jumpers.
"Ezewiro will need to improve his post moves, but there aren't any limitations from a hands or feet perspective. He also plays extremely hard which makes him very valuable in transition."

Playstyle from that limited video reminds me of Barandon Bass. Who cares what he is "classed" as. If he can run the floor, score and defend coach Wade will find a spot for him. Good luck to this young man. Seems to have a great head on those wide shoulders.

I'm excited about Alex Fudge too especially if he is already on campus (which I believe he is) and practicing with the team. He is 6' 8" and about 180 pounds and can run the point like a true point guard. He has very good ball skills for a big guard. However I don't see him playing the 1 spot. I see him at two coming off the bench at the beginning of the season and possibly starting toward the middle of the season.

Expect Jerrell Colbert to play a lot of the 5 spot and Bradley to play the 4.
Jerrell Colbert "We're Going to Kill" With Alex Fudge, Bradley Ezewiro & Brandon Murray

I will be surprised if Cook is not our point guard based on the limited time I saw him this year. He is lightning fast, can dribble through traffic and sees the court well to be able to dish it off in traffic. He also appears to have very good shooting skills too. But it will be good to have multiple guys who can handle the ball next year.
LSU's D on the perimeter will be very tough with Gaines and Cook. We just need to work a lot on getting Gaines under control and work on his offensive skills because he is athletic as can be.

Murray (6'5") and Fudge (6'8") are like taller versions of Gaines. We can have a very long lineup in the backcourt if needed.

I think Gaines starts at Pg and is backed up by Cook. Fudge seems more like a Sf. Maybe a battle between Fudge and Mwani for the start.

I’m excited about running a line of up
Seneca Knight 6’7
Brandon Murray 6’5
Alex Fudge 6’8
Ezewiro/ Leblanc 6’8/6’7
Colbert 6’9
A line up that has incredible length and athleticism. Knight was a primary Ball Handler for San Jose St.
I think if Wade can land another wing that can score to replace the Thomas/Smart production to come off the bench we will be in great shape

So we’ll have another 4 playing the 5.

Wade says he has a few scholarships to work with for transfers, but I’m trying to figure out where?
1. Hyatt
2. Gaines
3. Cook
4. Leblanc
5. Gray
6. O’Neal
7. Knight
8. Fudge
9. Colbert
10. Murray
11. Ezwiro
12. Wilkinson
Assuming Days leaves (which I’m not 100% ready to close the book on that) it leaves only one open scholarship. None if Days stays. Unless the NCAA is allowing extra newcomers to the 13 man limit?
