And in my opinion he has failed. He obviously didn’t earn his time in practice. You got guys like Thomas, Jenkins, and Brch that seem to do all the things required.
Why was Boutte playing ahead of them.

He benched him for a while. It’s not like he just sat idly by.
Let’s at least give Kelly & Boutte a chance to handle some adversity. It’s game 1, first time this team has actually been in any high pressure situations, it’s way too soon to call it a failure IMO.

His first test was his hires. He failed miserably at those. He should have kept Daronte, Raymond, McMahon, and Joseph. There was no need to overhaul the entire staff.
That being said, this is the last talented lsu team in 20 years. So I have low expectations for this season. But I still expect a competent staff.

Denbrook made adjustments and we scored our last 3 drives.
I dont Think he’s the answer long term but I am willing to see if the changes carry over the rest of the season.
Polian needs a different jobs he’s good at what he’s good at but special teams was atrocious.
