GOt mine 2-3 months ago for the opener here.I'm excited as well - especially considering their QB is hurt this spring.

That's why I just went ahead and called Reliant at 9:30 and did the 2 game package. I got great seats and paid $207 total dollars for both games per ticket. I can sell the Texas Bowl tickets for like half price and then I've only paid $175 per ticket for the LSU game.

Do you know which sections are student sections?

Just a guess here, but I'm thinking 132/133 are good candidates.

But maybe 135/136...

I ended up picking up 4 Field Level Prime II (Section 111, row 16) tickets last year as part of the 2 game package. I ended up selling all 4 tickets to the OK St. vs. Miss St game for $75. I was lucky to get that. I ended up paying $175 for both games. Now I see, just the LSU vs. Wisconsin game is $220 for those seats. Looks like I got a deal. The bad part is I don't know if I'll be able to make the game due to work schedule. Worst case, I will sell the LSU tickets for 220 each and make a profit

I would assume there would be less interest in this game than an actual bowl game. I also live in Houston so wouldn't be disappointed exactly if I got to go to a bowl game. Also, I'm not worried about how much I get back because I was okay spending $200 a ticket for the LSU game, so anything back is a bonus.

I think you would be assuming incorrectly. There has been huge demand for LSU's neutral site games, to the extent where it seems to hurt bowl attendance.

You should try going back and re-reading what I posted. I said that I assume there would be less interest in the Mississippi State vs Oklahoma State season opening game than the Texas Bowl with the new format this year. Nothing about the LSU neutral site games.
