Two weeks in a row where the opening kickoff set the tone. Luckily they were able to overcome it against Auburn.

We lost by 27. They didn't score 40 points on that drive. Those dumbass 4th down calls hurt us more than that.

Yeah you right that play definitely would've swung the game 27 points

That was an extremely difficult catch. Maybe he should have let it bounce? It is a live ball so he has to play it

This might be the dumbest take I have ever seen posted on the rant.
When you consider, we couldn't run the ball, our QB can't check out of bad plays and has suspect accuracy, our WRs continue to drop balls that hit them in the hands, Tenn ran for 264 yds, and our DBs got ran past several times, I don't think we can pin the blame of the remaining 59:45 of the game on Bech. He botched the opening KO and that sucked, but the bad luck for this team started last night when it was reported that Campbell was going to be out and just continued on into today.

But, Bech made THREE mistakes on kickoff returns.
The first was as big as it gets. The second one, he didn't fair catch a high ball and we didn't get it to the 20. And, the 3rd he called for a fair catch but the ball was low and hard and he decided to try and catch it backing up to the end zone. He caught it, but it was a tough catch and if he drops it and it doesn't go into the end zone, we are starting inside the 10 again.
It was a very bad game for Bech.

Kelly switched the returners at the las second of the kick. That and the wind which kelly noted may have thrown him off. Either way, the team didn't give up on Nabers after two muffs so I don't think you give up on Bech.
And if the team quits after the opening KO what does that say about them and the staff?

Maybe that is a part of it but I was surprised about the defense thought they was much better than that. Tennessee came to play got to give them credit. With that said let's go and turn it around in Florida.

I didn’t realize that Bech played defense and was also the head coach and defensive coordinator.
