Yeah, Miles inherited great talent an talent that had been coached by the best. That's when he ran up his winning percentage.
Pretty sure Miles coached those guys up longer than Saban anyway.

Dear Mr. Alleva:
There is a poster on Tigerdroppings.com named "Rickydaddy." I learned today that this omnipotent and powerful poster can dissuade recruits merely by posting on a message board.
I highly recommend that LSU hire "Rickydaddy" as a recruiting expert as I am sure that he could post messages which would sway numerous recruits to come to LSU.

You understand that no Bama fan has any reason to try and "spread doubt and dissent" at LSU.
We already lose to them every year. Like EVERY year.
They don't need to spread anything. They can just sit back and watch.

They are in the heads of fans because they have our old coach and because they win everything, every year.
LSU isn't right next to Bama at the top anymore, or even right behind Bama. We are 3rd at best, and realistically closer to 5th.
That's what the "whiners" are pissed about. And any fan who cares enough to post on this forum should get wise to that fact at the very least.
We all still cheer during the games. Nobody is driving to practice and throwing tomatoes at the players. This Support the troops angle is tired, and it treats everyone here like idiots.
And I know it's cliche, but you "whine" on a message board.

First of all, I didn't say "title ready". Secondly, they won the national championship AFTER they finished unranked. Apparently they were title-ready that year!

oh and for the record
Saban's tenure at lsu= 16 losses 12 sec losses
2 top 15 finishes
2011-2015= 15 losses 12 sec losses
3 top 15 finishes
During Saban's entire tenure at lsu he played 1 sec west team that finished with less than 3 losses.
miles from 2011-2015 had 6 of the 7 sec west teams had at least 1 top 10 finish and that 7th team had a 12th place finish.
but hey dont let facts get in the way of you posting

You may not have, but others do. Especially the 3 star kids. They are literal kids and it is sad. And to all who post the " if I had a kid no way he comes to LSU, or " why would any recruit play for Coach Zero and his geriatric coaching squad" "D Line Coach this", "failed OC coach that" you are just putting doubt in these kids heads and it is not helping anything.

Complaining about coach is ok. But almost everyday. Damm! I could care less one way or other but I am pulling for LSU to win every game. It that keeps O here I am so sorry
