O and staff should have done a better job at player retention.

What in your feeble mind makes you think they didnt work hard on player retention. If you have some proof that they didnt, them spill it. If not maybe you should know before spewing nonsense.

Coach O blames coaching way too much. Like you have been around football forever you should be able to make simple adjustments on the fly.

I’m confused are you wanting him to blame the players and throw them under the bus or are you just angry that he’s blaming himself and not doing anything about it?

He needs to stop hiring his BBQ buddies that are washed up ala E, Linehan, Cregg, Pelini. This is a young mans game now and he needs to make that a priority moving forward if he wants to have any success.

There are still old HC that are great but I’m referring to the rest of the coaching staff.

He continues to blame coaching but hasn’t done anything to correct it. His antics are played out

He doesn't know how to correct it.

I read on dandydon this morning that O replied to a question on what it would take to stay an upper echelon team year after year and O’s reply was there are some things to adjust and fix but not until after the season when he could reevaluate and assess some things. Sounds like somebody is going down.

He probably told the coaches look he’s gonna blame them publicly so it wouldn’t hurt the players feelings.

I love the "what has he done right other than what he's done right?" arguments.

LOL. I think this falls into the “blind squirrel” category.
