Have you ever seen a pitcher regress as much as Blake has? You almost want to feel for the guy, but then he gives up another HR and you stop caring.

He’s a bullpen one inning arm at best.

He needs to be pitching for Southeastern or Northwestern St.

He likes to give up the HR for sure. He is just average unfortunately we have few options for middle relief.

hw wasn’t great last year with his Cowboy hat self. When competition ramped up, he showed what he was.

This might be a silly question but what is it with Blake Money. Does he lack talent or is it instruction ? Is he hurt ? I expected him to get better with our pitching coach . Does he need more appearances? I don’t get BM.

Don't know what he's got going on but his second mid week game outing that he's got roped off of.

People keep saying regress, but when was he good? He zero movement on fastball, and his problem is his mental mindset.

Crazy to think he was thought to be the guy for a hot minute last year. Shows how improved the staff is that he’s heading towards an as needed bullpen arm.

Flat fastball that he misses up. Can’t spot up the breaking balls forcing him into fastball counts. Bad recipe for success.

Velo is down. 91 to a college hitter is fat. Does not have much pitchability to work around it

I really have no idea but he doesn’t seem like a great teammate.

You were saying all year that Money and Hellmers would be key weekend contributors though.

huh? He is better than before. That first season was awful. And he was our Friday guy. It is a miracle we won as many games as we did.

If you are going to throw 88-93 in big boy baseball, you better have a curve ball/slider as your best pitches and be able to locate with pin point accuracy.

If you are going to throw 93-97 in big boy baseball, you better have something else as a secondary, to keep hitters off balance.

If you throw 98+, just get it across the plate. Add a decent offspeed to that mix, and you get Skenes.

Money has none of that. He's just not that good, and he never really was. Same can be said for Helmers. They were products of being on a pretty terrible staff. Throw them out there for enough starts, and you are bound to run into a few teams who just don't hit well on that particular day. The rant is hanging on to those few moments, and thinking he is something he never was.
