Big day for Coach Wade...

According to reports, today is the day the federal judge will decide whether or not Wade will have to testify in the federal trial that begins Monday.

The parties have a pretrial conference with the Judge at 10 AM central.
Would expect a ruling to come after that conference (although he may inform them at the conference).

Aside from <1% of the population here who are mouth breathers, that’s just completely incorrect.
The vast majority of the fan base presume that something went on, but have enough wherewithal to understand that the ncaa has shown complete incompetence in proving these things without the institution in question giving them the case.

If he doesn't testify and these "tapes" aren't admitted into evidence then they won't be made public and the NCAA has absolutely nothing on him, barring some unforeseen developments. I don't think anyone is under the illusion that Wade is clean, but comes down to what the NCAA can prove. They don't have subpoena power and the FBI isn't just going to hand over evidence it gathered as part of their investigation into a massive bribery/wire fraud/tax evasion scheme just because the NCAA wants to or may want to police its member institutions.

The rant said Wade was talking about scholarship and playing time. wade didn’t do anything wrong and the school was wrong for suspending him. So wade should refuse to talk to the court like he refused to talk to his bosses!

I believe they claimed that Wade could have been speaking of those things (scholarships & playing time) and there's no proof to show he wasn't. You coming on here saying "he said she said" shite and acting like a little bitch is pitiful.
