LSU has enough talent to win 11-12 games if the coaches develop and utilize the talent appropriately.
Like most talent rich teams , the coaches have the task of creating the winning formula.

it's not uncommon for a team to win a NC with a freshman qb, it is mind boggling to me that we can't seem to get anything but a minimally competent qb on the field more than about once a decade

I understand 100% with all the fans including my son that I go to games with that have 0 faith in CEO. When you look at Nick Saban and what he has done and what he is doing how do you expect a guy like CEO to beat him?
The truth is the CEO unlike 99% of all head coaches understands his mistakes and he talks about how he messes up. I think that O made a bad hire and there is no excuse coming from me for him hiring Canada. But what I love is after the MSU and Troy game the wheels got rolling to do the best they could with the issue and make a change.
Coach O now has what he will win with or get fired with. He is all in with Coach E and he coming out with fire against Miami.
