They went 26-8 and would’ve been in the NCAA Tournament .

I expect to see more mid-majors some on here will go "WTF who are we playing" meanwhile we'll have a Top 30 non conference SOS by year's end once again.

Our non-conference SOS last year finsihed #19 in warrennolan. That's incredibly tough considering that's out of 353 teams.

We should get VCU and a Big 12/SEC Challenge game at home too.

I’ll be very disappointed if we don’t host Kansas next January.

Yep. Scheduling is probably the last thing anyone should criticize Wade on. Of course, people on here can't comprehend that because some of the basketball teams we are playing to help our resume don't have good football teams. So that means they suck at everything apparently.

We need to stop always doing away then home for series. Most series in football are like that too.

We were set to play Arizona St at home first then Katrina happened so we went there. 15 years later and still no return trip

Dude, I made that thread right at the end of the season about this. I will be livid if that’s not the matchup.

The criticism is we don't play any big name teams at home. Which is true. A home loss hurts a lot more than a road loss, so we play big name teams in tournaments and mediocre teams from weak conferences at home. The consensus here seems to be that fan support for LSU basketball is lacking. Bringing in big name teams would help fan support at the cost of SoS.

Scheduled for 2029.

LSU plays on the road first against Texas, UCLA, Clemson, and Oklahoma. Why do we have to always go on the road first. Especially after the crap Virginia Tech pulled.

ETA: Forgot about the 2031/2032 Utah series where we go there first as well.
