Baskerville is not Joe Foucha

Reporters mistaking Baskerville for Foucha. Oof
Foucha was also available for player interviews this evening.
Took three questions before reporters realized it was Baskerville.

We need to overhaul some of our media members; doesn’t help with the stupid redundant questions they like to ask as well.

Everything about that interview was weird.
I don’t think Baskerville caught on until like the 2nd question, which was something along the lines of “what have you noticed from the DB’s this season”?
And Baskerville was like “say that again”

Baskerville handled it with class though. You could tell he kind of realized early on that maybe they were confused and was giving them several hints.

Man that’s rough, I think I’m pretty solid with my knowledge of the roster, but I’m kind of bad with faces at times. But even I know what Baskerville looks like.

This is why someone should do introductions when media is around or doing interviews.
And players will learn - if someone doesn't introduce you, make sure you introduce yourself. It never hurts to make sure you get your name out there. They'll edit it out if they don't want it.
Some players make a game of it by referring to themselves in the third person and then laugh at the media's reaction to that.
But it is, and has been for a long time, necessary because most of these media people just simply aren't that prepared because no one forces them to. They take themselves seriously... not their job or performance.
