Based on TV I'm a little disappointed in fan noise

Come on. I wish I was able to be there, but work prevented it. Seriously, there's no reason that huge LSU crowd shouldn't be shouting their asses off the entire time. When they did get loud it was good, but it should be the entire game. We had enough there to intimidate the shite out of UF.

I was at the game and it was disappointing. When we needed to get loud, it was a huge let down. FYI, it was probably 12-1 fan ratio too. Florida had one small section behind home plate.

If it means anything I made it to Hoover Last year and lost my voice after shouting in the 1-0 loss to UF. Just couldn't make it this year.

Should we have cheered those stolen base outs or that time when they had three walks on base? How about poor Smith's out stealing 2nd?
Or, waut, when Watson was blinded and missed a double that was the 2 scores?

Guess they should have really yelled then.

Agreed.

Hopefully LSU can jump ahead tomorrow and they can be more into it.

I also didn't go to Fred's and wear my lucky shirt. I'll do my part tomorrow.

How about the "bull shite" chants or shouting to frick with Florida?

Pussification of America has had an effect.

Crowd sounded good from the third base line. Constant cheers and noise.

That was my hope, that some of it just wasn't getting picked up by the tv mics.

"That was the 2 Scores"
You're an idiot.
This CWS has really brought out the idiots.
Smith was a good play. 1 out, ball in the gap. Centerfielders throws a strike, perfect catch and tag. They made a perfect play. If they don't, he's safe and we possibly tie the game.
If he stays on 1st, we have 1 out and Beau at the plate. Sounds real promising.
Don't post again.

I guess my thinking is, when you have a 10-1, 50-1, 100-1 advantage in attendance, it's a great opportunity. shite I feel great seeing the threads about the fan disparity. But you have to take advantage of it because it really can have an effect by rattling the other team and inspiring yours. Otherwise it's just colors in the stands.

It sounded like a home game. You barely heard UF fans. When I was grabbing a beer and heard a huge roar, I knew LSU did something good.

There were quiet times when the team was quiet, but that's a baseball crowd. The crowd showed up, IMO.

I was there and agree. Bandwagon fans who hadnt been to a game all year more concerned with doing the wave than watching the game.

I saw the wave going on in the outfield and was pissed. Because I knew it was like 90% LSU fans so that gay shite was probably started by us.

I feel a bit better then. Guess I'm just wishing for football-type noise from a baseball crowd.

Too busy doing BS in the crowd as if it was a minor league game rather than a national championship
