The good thing is that not getting a super bid won't matter after we get bounced in a regional. These boys obviously don't belong in Omaha.

from my not so expert observation, the big killers today were inexperience at catcher, and big time uncertainty at the plate from the hitters. That's key defensive and offensive problems. made vandy look way better than they are.

Because they have an arguably top 5 SOS. The losses early in the season have been to extremely good teams like Stanford, Oregon, Florida, and South Carolina. We lost 15 guys at the end of the year, so the team right now is much better than the team three months ago.
But it was a great series, and I hope LSU makes it to Omaha.

Took the freakin weekend off except for gaus. PM better hope he can find the right combo before Hoover or kiss a national seed goodbye. fricking Corbin beats his arse again. frick those preppy bastards. TC

You think we are going to win 2 out of three at USC, you are dreaming. No national seed and no CWS with this team> Can you imagine what we will have next year? Paul M. has not recruited and should go after we suffer another year w/o the CWS.

So this loss could be the difference in LSU making Omaha but not winning there?
FTR, I haven't thought LSU would win it all this year regardless of this series. Making it to Omaha would be one hell of an accomplishment with this team.
