3-1 count on the next batter before CPM pulls Smith for Strall
Rain delay before Strall throws a pitch

He hasn't thrown a pitch yet, so we don't know for sure. CPM did pull Smith for Strall right before the rain delay, so that's what I'm going by.

He probably had strall warming at the beginning of the inning and was only one warm at time of change. he might opt to switch now but I think that means strall would be done for the night.

Or in fact by rule Strall might have to make at least one pitch? or maybe with delay it nullifies it? I really don't know.
