It was a strike. The ump has called that pretty consistently.
Even earlier on Breaux's at bat the ump made a similar call.
Was just a straight fast ball, no reason to be taking that.. way too close to take.

Well the one good thing about this is if LSU happens to lose they won't get screwed by a 7 inning game.

He froze him. It happens all the time with a good fastball, which that was.
Romero really needed to put it in play with 1 out. That was the bigger of the two strikeouts.
