"North Baton Rouge" is a large area. I wouldn't have called Superior that, unless by default you're listing everything north of Fla Blvd as NBR.
And then, "bar"... for example, there's a restaurant on Hooper in Central- Central City Grill. They have TVs, and they do have a bar area. Game will likely be on, as they generally have ESPN stuff running (I saw college baseball and softball on the TVs, and NFL games). It ain't rowdy... but you're talking an 11am game. Not sure many bars will even be open then. A restaurant bar is the better option that time of day.
