Back of a T-shirt idea

On January 2, 1860 the Louisiana Legislature established an elite school for the top 1% of it's athletes. Its purpose was to teach the lost art of aerial combat and to insure that the handful of men who graduated were the best defensive backs in the world.
They succeeded.
Today, the public calls it Louisiana State University
