At what point would you call it a season for LSU with this year’s schedule?

Miami - LOSS
SE Louisiana - WIN
at Auburn - LOSS
LA Tech - WIN
Ole Miss - Probable WIN
at Florida - Probable LOSS
Georgia - LOSS
Mississippi St - TOSSUP
Alabama - LOSS
at Arkansas - TOSSUP
Rice - WIN
at Texas A&M - Probable LOSS

Best case: 8-4
Worst case: 4-8
Averaged out: 6-6

At what point as a fan do you just suck it up and say we need a change if we want to really win the SEC?

Right now

Florida 2016
Troy 2017

We've already seen all we need to see if we're being intellectually honest with ourselves.

If we lose Miami I think we're in for 5 losses. So it's a pretty pivotal game right off the bat.

I don't see 6-6 but I didn't see MSU or Troy last year. I was shocked by how quickly the wheels fell off so I can't rule out that happening again.

FIFY. I don't think some people understand best and worst.

If we’re being intellectually honest, Florida 2016 wasn’t on the coaches. Guice fumble, Jackson fumble, Jackson missed tackle, Guice wrong way, game.

Coaches are always responsible for what happens on the field. That's universally accepted. It's not something new to Coach O. That said, this is another dumb thread. No one knows what's going to happen this season.

because of Joe Alleva and F King Alexander, that's why. They are responsible for this, not us.

coaches are responsible for getting their guys ready to play and putting players in the game who can handle the situation and not fumble, miss tackles, or run the wrong way in pivotal situations.

THATS WHAT BEING A COACH IS ALL ABOUT

Sure it was. We scored 1 TD in 5 redzone trips. It didn't boil down to 4 plays.

It's not officially a completed regular season until after the very last game.

I learned a lesson last season trying to predict remaining games. After that loss to Troy, I had us finishing with only 4 or 5 wins overall - a losing season. Turns out I could not have been more wrong. This season forward I'll just evaluate 1 game at a time.

First of all yes it was entirely on O and Ensminger. 5 redzone trips 1 touchdown. Just like the loss to troy was on O and not Brossette for fumbling or Etling for having a bad first half or Brennan for throwing a pick.

Secondly O was at fault from the moment he allowed an injured Fournette play when he was clearly hobbled, on some of those runs if guice was in they would have been touchdowns.

You guys have lost your shite. Making sure I have this straight, the major frick ups by guice and Jackson that game was the coaches fault, but all the shite they did that made them get drafted this year, that was talent alone and not coaching?

I *almost* qualified my comment for you guys cause I knew there’d be a couple “coaches fault” folks that would forget that two of our best players lost us that game. Fournette’s high ankle sprain must have been coaches fault too... duh
