My grandson is and was in a fraternery at campus but there was some mistchef and some drugs and they go restrictad for a year and I am hearing there was a coffin and possible an ise bath and I think if you want to do that it is fine but do not belief that those people are good friends more than people whom you go to LSU games with

Yeah you definitely didn’t get in. You can always tell too, they are the ones trying to crack jokes about paying for friends. You obviously don’t get it because you weren’t a part of it. I made life long friends and had some of the best years of my life so I’d say paying dues was more than worth it.

Why do fraternity people assume that people that think fraternities are silly didn't get in? I think they're silly and had zero interest from the start. I have no shortage of friends. Just met them in a different way.

Some people would rather meet friends the original way and not with daddy’s money. Also did not rush or have any interest in Greek life. Always thought it was stupid to pay to hang out with dudes
