Thanks Paul. Zero quality pitching. Poor fielders. Just a few decent bats, one of which came from AZ. Pretty clear Paul threw in the towel the past few years, just like O. JJ needs time to get his guys in, because I can promise you he’d sit every infielder if he had other options.

Gervais is a quality pitcher, who was pulled for one of Jays guys who blew the game.

We have 3 first round picks in our lineup, 2 that will be top 5 picks. We have multiple pitchers with mid 90’s fastballs. I was over CPM a while ago but there’s no excuse for us to be this bad under Jay.

Poor fielders.

They weren’t that bad last year.

Crews, Morgan, Berry, Doughty, Dugas, Gio. All really good hitters

He can put Berry at DH at any point with plenty of other options.

This is 100% not true

Poor fielders

2 players have 15 errors between them (9&6)

Next is Merrifield with 4

We have 6 guys hitting over 300 & 31 HR’s in 20 games

These are PM’s players like you said yet we didn’t have almost 40 errors in 20 games with him

Johnson brought his guys with Berry & Cooper & honestly they have needed to sit & he refuses to do so

LSU has options, Johnson refuses to acknowledge them

How long are y’all going to blame PM when he’s no longer calling pitches, running 6 pitchers out in midweek games or continue to not let new bats in the lineup until it’s too late in the game?

What’s your point with the errors?
Everyone knows exactly how many errors there are

LSU didn’t have these issues last season & it’s the same players

They weren’t THIS bad but they were good.

Thompson was poor
Everyone is begging for Soughty at 3rd be he wasn’t exactly great there.
Morgan made a lot of our fielders like better than they were.

Crews, Morgan, Berry, Doughty, Dugas, Gio. All really good hitters

And we have scored under 4 runs in a game 1 time. We’ve scored 6+ I think 17/21 games.

he’s like 2 of our 37 errors.

Sure he’s a bad fielder, but the rest of the team is too.

You say that like they’ve already been selected. Most of this opinion comes from announcers trying to fill air time during our game. Morgan, Crews and Barry are very good, but none are locks for the first round, let alone top 5.

So do a lot of good high school teams. Just Throwing fast doesn’t usually win at this level. A player needs to be able to locate his fastball and have at least one other pitch. We don’t have a pitching staff loaded with these kinds of guys.

I enjoy that there are two threads right next to each other that say "Astonishing how bad the roster is" and "This is the most talented lineup Johnson will have"

Our fanbase contains multitudes....of retards.

Yeah, this isn't football. The MLB is an international hunt. Almost no player is a lock for anything much less 3 on the same team
