Aside from Raymond, any other staff coaches you want retained when the axe falls on O?

We need Raymond for his recruiting and coaching. I can’t think of anyone else.

Thoughts on Brad Davis? I'd say he can be retained

At what point does Raymond leave to pursue being a DC somewhere? I know he loves LSU but I bet he leaves if they replace everyone. Then again I thought he would've already been gone to prove he can be a good DC somewhere.

Raymond should be feeling the heat like everyone else. A lot of busts for a supposed guru.

Brad Davis is actually a great hire, he just hasn't had time to recruit and implement his schemes and techniques. Not to mention he is a decent if not good to great recruiter.

I would say for his recruiting. Idk about his coaching, same with faulk. Those guys are a big part of LSU and need to keep them on in some capacity.

Raymond & Brad Davis. Everyone else needs to go. Brad Davis is going to be a top 5 Oline Coach. He just needs time to recruit his guys.

I feel Bad if he gets canned but it should be up to the new HC and OC. A lot of these guys hVe OL coaches that know their system that they like to bring with them to coach OL on their system.

My initial thoughts on Davis are good. The OL are constantly remarking on how he is hard, they are not used to him, and they are trying to learn his language.

Considering that the OL is and has been garbage, I think it speaks well of Davis that they are having to adjust to something totally different.

Raymond has done what exactly? Dude can’t develop talent to save his life.

Yep.

Raymond's track record is amazing. He's a huge part of DBU and IMO a keeper all the way.

It is always up to the new head coach. He will decide based on his evaluation and whether he has staff to bring in. A good coach does not guarantee being retained. For example, Aranda was let go at Hawaii after the head coach resigned.

Just can Orgeron and bring in Aranada as head coach and to mentor Jones, ala Saban with Muschamp/Smart/et.al. I think Peetz will have the offense rolling once Brennan can play. The defense is the problem, and I don't think it's all coaching, but clearly Aranda earned his money and got no respect for it.

Laugh all you want. Never seen a coach live longer on reputation and have nothing to show for it. Pretty damn evident with our safety play the last few years.
